Luxembourg Taxim Capital to acquire Turkish Doğanay Gıda

Luxembourg capital investment company Taxim Capital is preparing to fully acquire Doğanay Gıda, a turnip juice producer with a history going back to the 1960’s. The company started production in Adana’s Hacı Ömer Sabancı Organised Industrial Park in 1997, and currently has production facilities with a closed area of 80,000 square metres.

 

Doğanay controls over 90% of the Turkish turnip juice market as well as exporting to some 30 countries. The company also produces lemon, strawberry, pineapple, apple, pomegranate juices and vinegars.
